DO YOU OWN A PARCEL OF LAND THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SERVICE OR DEVELOP INTO A SUBDIVISION?​

Equity has a Senior Professional Engineer on staff who is Certified in Ontario with

ten (10) years of engineering experience.

​​Otherwise, if you have the funds to subdivide, Equity can be hired at our standard hourly engineering rates or through a fees proposal for engineering services.

​​If you are planning on moving your lands into subdivision development the first goal is the Draft Plan of Subdivision Application.  The following applications and studies may be required to apply:

  • Re-Zoning Application
  • Official Plan Amendment Application
  • Engineering Feasibility Studies including Drinking Water, Storm Water, Sanitary Waste, Roadway, and Traffic
  • Planning Rationale Report
  • Environmental Report
